A new chapter.
Having the birth of my third and final baby photographed, turned out to be one the best decisions I've ever made. Seeing my strength and all of the beautiful details captured while in the throws of labour, is something I will now cherish forever.
Inspired in that moment, I realised I too would love to create the same experience for other new families. So if you are interested in having your birth photographed, to remember all the details of one the most memorable days of your life, I would be honoured to capture it for you.
A little about me

I’m Amanda
Born and raised in the Adelaide Hills, I live with my beautiful family, three wonderful children, our dog Teddy and my adoring partner Sam. ATBIRTH Photography & Film is a new chapter in my journey and I'm excited to document the raw and emotional moments of bringing new life into the world.
EXPERIENCE
Nursing
After over a decade working as a Registered Nurse there is not much that I haven't seen. For many years I was part of the theatre/ post anaesthetic recovery team at the RAH, and after an extended break to look after my little ones I returned to work to begin a new role in IVF nursing.
PASSION
Photography
I've always practised and loved photography but it was only after I had the birth of my third and final babe photographed that I was inspired to combine my skills of both nursing and photography to begin capturing the incredible birthing journey for others.
